We’re currently hiring for the following positions
Mobile Mechanic/Technician:
Responsibilities: Perform on-site repairs for trucks and trailers, including engine repairs, tire maintenance, coolant issues, brake repairs, and more.
Provide exceptional customer service while diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems.
Ensure all repairs are performed safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a mechanic (truck, trailer, or heavy equipment).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer Service Representative (Roadside Assistance):
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with scheduling emergency repairs and maintenance services.
Handle customer inquiries over the phone or via email, providing accurate and timely information.
Track service requests and ensure that all repairs are completed to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
